Must‑Haves:

• 1–2 years of hands‑on WordPress experience (themes, plugins, hosting)
• Proficiency with Elementor and/or Gutenberg
• Strong troubleshooting skills—error logs, plugin conflicts, database, CSS/HTML fixes
• Pre‑sales support or live chat experience
• Comfort with ClickUp/Trello (or HelpScout, Asana, Jira, Slack, Crisp)
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize support workflows
• Excellent written and verbal English: you write clearly, politely, and with empathy
• Independent, proactive mindset with a growth‑oriented attitude

Bonus Points:

• CSS, HTML, or Elementor custom style skills
• Basic PHP/JS understanding or hands‑on theme/plugin tweaks
• Prior tech support, customer success, or sales engineering experience 
• Familiarity with WooCommerce setups

What You’ll Do:

• Frontline support: Assist customers via live chat, email, and voice/video: empower them to succeed with WordPress setups and troubleshooting like a pro
• Pre‑sales guidance: Answer lead queries, offer smart, demo‑style support, and help convert prospects
• AI‑enhanced support: Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools to craft swift, intelligent, and consistent answers
• Tool‑savvy escalation: Use ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms to log, categorize, and escalate issues or bug reports to dev teams
• Content & feedback loop: Create or improve support articles, share customer insights, and propose process/product enhancements
• Collaborative teamwork: Partner with engineering, sales, and customer success to enhance workflows and resolve escalated concerns
